Terms and Conditions for Makeup Services

1. Booking and Deposits

1.1. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The deposit will be applied toward the total service cost and includes online consultation fees.

1.2. The deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances, except for the death of the bride, in which case the deposit will be refunded in full.

1.3. No early payments or installment payments are accepted. The balance must be paid in full as per the agreed schedule.

1.4. In the event of a pandemic-related restriction, the deposit can be held and applied to a new date agreed upon by both parties, subject to the makeup artist’s availability only. If the makeup artist is not available on the rescheduled date, the deposit will not be refunded.

1.5. In the event of a cancellation by Anna Watie (Makeup Artist), the deposit will be fully refunded, or the makeup artist will arrange a suitable replacement agreed upon by both parties.

2. Lateness Policy

2.1. If the client is late for the scheduled appointment, the makeup artist will provide services only within the remaining available time.

2.2. Services will not be extended or rescheduled to accommodate lateness.

2.3. Any pressure or interference from other parties to extend the appointment will not be entertained, and the artist reserves the right to terminate the session if boundaries are not respected.

3. Booking Terms

3.1. Booking deals are non-transferable to a lower slot value. If the slot value is reduced, the remaining balance will remain the same as originally agreed.

3.2. Groom styling can be added for an additional fee , which must be confirmed and paid with the balance payment.

4. Balance Payment

4.1. The remaining balance must be cleared no later than 1 week before the event.

4.2. Payments must be made via online transfer. We do not accept cash payments under any circumstances.

5. Service Limitations

5.1. The makeup artist will not provide partial makeup services (e.g., eyebrows only) for family members or friends. Full service will be delivered as agreed upon in the consultation.

5.2. The makeup artist’s tools, products, and equipment are strictly for professional use only.

5.3. For hygiene purposes, family members or friends are not permitted to use or borrow the makeup artist’s tools, products, or equipment under any circumstances.

6. Travel Charges

6.1. Travel for makeup services will incur additional charges for transportation.

6.2. If overnight accommodation is required, the client will cover the cost of accommodation.

7. Refund Policy

7.1. All services are final. No refunds will be provided for completed services or missed appointments.

8. Products Used & Health and Hygiene
8.1. Our services exclusively use high-end, professional-grade makeup products to ensure the highest quality, long-lasting results, and suitability for all skin types.

8.2. Please inform the makeup artist of any skin conditions, allergies, or sensitivities before the appointment. The makeup artist is not liable for any adverse reactions if no prior information is provided.
8.3. To maintain hygiene, all tools, products, and equipment are sanitized and used exclusively for professional purposes.
